Software companies change constantly:

Prices increase: What cost $10/month when I tested might be $15/month now
Features change: New features are added, old features are removed
Terms change: Trial periods, user limits, and policies get updated
Companies pivot: Products get acquired, shut down, or dramatically change direction

I update reviews when I notice major changes, but I can't catch everything instantly. Always verify pricing and features directly with the vendor before purchasing.
